
The Operating Process developed by doData makes it possible to provide responses to specific requirements in synergy with the Customer's management system.
This is how process flows are managed through the DataSet technology platform.

1. CUSTOMER
On connecting to DataSet, the Customer enters the request through the easy to use interface.
2. RECEIPT AND ANALYSIS
The request is analysed to determine the necessary information levels. The searches to collect the information are activated via DataSet.
3. COLLECTION OF DATA
DataSet traces information from public databases like the real estate registry and land registry offices, or via specialised external Providers.
4. PROCESSING OF DATA
The information collected is digitalised and aggregated so as to transform it into the product corresponding with the Customer's request.
5. DELIVERY
The products are automatically made available in the Customer's management system and updated on a periodic basis.
